Our team is here to help you with your experience on this website.

If you have questions about the Facilitator products, or if you get stuck with anything, let us know.

Please submit a support ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. CLICK on the green “Start a Conversation” button on the right to send your first message.
  2. Type a SUBJECT that summarizes your problem – this will help us decide who will be able to assist you best – Lydia or Nanette.
  3. Supply as much DETAILS as possible in the body. You can also upload images like screenshots to show us what you see on your side (if applicable).
  4. Click on SEND and we will receive an email on our side while you will also receive a automated email confirming that your ticket was successfully lodged.
  5. WAIT for our reply. We attend to these mails on weekdays during 8-5 and would appreciate if you do not contact us informally after-hours. We promise to respond to your message and resolve your problem as soon as possible. In partnership with you, we strive to provide professionalism and assistance to South African parents.
  6. You will receive an EMAIL when we replied to your support ticket. It will contain a link to bring you back to this page to view our reply (but you have to be logged in for it to work.) Alternatively, you can login and navigate to MY PROFILE < MY ACCOUNT < SUPPORT if you do not want to click on links.
