Missed Sessions

Facilitators should emphasize the importance of attending every live session and proactively remind attendees. As a rule of thumb, catch-up opportunities are not available.

In exceptional cases, a parent who misses a session due to a valid reason may request an alternative solution. However, this is not guaranteed and must follow strict conditions:

1. Request Process:
   • The facilitator may apply for permission to grant a Special Circumstances Pass and advocate on behalf of the parent. Complete the form at the bottom of this page.
   • If these requests become frequent, future requests will be denied, as it indicates that your proactive measures are insufficient.
2. Approval & Access:
   • If approved, the facilitator will receive a unique link to activate the Special Circumstances Pass, allowing the parent to access a pre-recorded session by Hettie for up to seven days. Please allow 24 hours for feedback.
   • This recording is an exceptional measure and must not be treated as standard practice.
3. Limitations:
   • A participant may receive only one Special Circumstances Pass.
   • If their crisis will cause them to miss multiple sessions, they should defer to your next available group.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should this exception be mentioned in marketing materials or create the false impression that attendance is optional due to alternative solutions.
