Troubleshooting tips for members of a group subscription that was activated by your church.
1. If the link in the Invitation email does not work
- It means that you have already activated your membership.
- Please go to MY PROFILE > MY ACCOUNT > MEMBERSHIPS to continue the process.
- If you do not have any membership associated with your account – please check if you registered with another email address and login to that account.
2. If you lost your password
- You will be able to reset your password by clicking on the Login tab, and then FORGOT MY PASSWORD.
- The system will send an email to you, containing a link to reset the password.
